What are the four Clairs of Intuition?

Clairvoyance (clear-seeing)

• Description: Ability to receive visual impressions beyond ordinary sight — images, symbols, lights, or scenes that convey information.

• How it appears: Mental imagery, flashes of scenes, symbolic visions during meditation or spontaneously, dreams that feel vivid and meaningful.

• Uses: Receiving guidance about people, places, events, or energetic conditions.

Clairsentience (clear-feeling)

• Description: Ability to sense emotions, physical sensations, or energetic states from others, places, or situations.

• How it appears: Empathic feelings, physical sensations (tension, warmth, aches) that reflect another’s state, gut instincts, mood mirroring.

• Uses: Emotional support, energy reading, discerning truth or harm, detecting blocks or imbalances.

Clairaudience (clear-hearing)

• Description: Ability to perceive sounds, words, tones, or messages not originating from the physical auditory environment.

• How it appears: Inner voice, phrases, melodies, tones, or spoken messages during meditation, quiet moments, or while working energetically.

• Uses: Receiving verbal guidance, confirmations, symbolic sounds that carry meaning, or healing tones.

Claircognizance (clear-knowing)

• Description: Ability to know facts, insights, or truth without conscious reasoning or external information — an intuitive “download” of knowledge.

• How it appears: Sudden realizations, certainty about decisions, spontaneous answers, or clear intuitive understanding without knowing how you know.

• Uses: Quick discernment, decision-making, receiving nonvisual guidance about situations or people.
